Product Details
All our garden box kits are pre-assembled and then dismantled into ‘slats’ for easier shipping. These slats fit together seamlessly with the provided structural support members and galvanized screws. All components are clearly marked inside with a sharpie marker, ensuring an effortless assembly process and perfect alignment of screw holes. All items are shipped from our shop at 1401 Monroe Rd., Port Angeles, WA, 98362.
While our kits can be easily dismantled, their sturdy build allows for easy relocation without the need for disassembly. Should you wish to move the garden box, simply lift it and reuse or relocate the soil as needed.
Returns and Refunds
Given the nature of our garden box kits, once they have been used and soiled, they are not readily re-sellable. As a result, we do not accept returns on these items if they’ve been used. However, we ensure that all our products are of high quality and undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel the order before it ships, but beyond that customers are responsible for shipping fees for any returns. At this point, you have thirty days to return the items for a refund, but only if they haven’t been used or soiled (would ruin resale value). Refunds for returns will be issued upon receipt of the unit on our end and they can be assessed for any use or damage.

We understand that assembling our kits can be a new experience for some of our customers. We offer extensive instructional support to guide you through the process. For our local customers within a 40-mile radius (excluding locations in Canada across the sound), we provide physical support. Please note that transportation and service charges for any in-person service visits may apply.
